In Witonia, nearly all people are born with magic. However, Blossom was born without it. Her parents created a magical bracelet for her that gives her all the magic and powers that other people have. One night, while she is sleeping, the bracelet is stolen. She recruits her friends, Esme and Xantha, and the three of them embark on a journey to retrieve it.
